The company had set up by Mr. M.K. Abraham, a business graduate from Calcutta University in 1971 and a member of the ICWAI. After the long 20 years of service in the Middle East and Asia, he started his own property development company named ABM Towers in 1995, identifying the growing demand for commercial and residential units in Kerala. ABM Towers is a cluster of 1.2 lakhs sq. ft., multi –storied residential apartments. In 2003, he formed a full-fledged construction company named ABM Civil Venture Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Vinu Koshy Abraham, a B. Tech holder in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and an experienced hand in the construction domain, joined ABM Civil ventures in 2003 and became the Director in 2006. In addition to the experience gained from ABM, he was involved in the construction activities of high rise buildings, office spaces for Allianz Cornhill, UK at Techno park Trivandrum, Cochin international Airport offices, US Technology, and Techno park Trivandrum.
